Eternal Family

We are an eternal family and I wouldn't change it for the world. Knowing that we will be together forever makes all the difference. We were very fortunate to join in a Youth Temple trip with our ward. As of right now the closest temple is the Boston Temple. That will change as now the Hartford Temple is now under way. Yes, we just had the ground breaking ceremony on Aug. 17, 2013 but we are excited to see the progress of the temple and soon to be able to enjoy the temple in our area. Right now the driving time to the Boston Temple is around 1 hour and 50 minutes depending on traffic. We are only about 25 minutes from the Hartford Temple.

A Little Bit of Christmas

Here is just one little hint of Christmas.  We had a great Christmas this year.  It was a little different because Bronson had to work on Christmas and I don't know if he has ever had to work on Christmas before anytime during our whole marriage.  The nice thing was we made the girls wait to open presents until he came home.  They made it just fine until about 1:30pm and then every half hour they asked when he was going to be home.  I guess the temptation of presents was a little hard.  It was nice to see them excited to open presents.  I guess all the other years they aren't quite awake and so the excitement level is almost nothing.

A Little Late...But Someone Had a Birthday

 Someone had a Birthday last month.  It was a crazy day filled with unbirthday activities like soccer practice, band practice, work and school.  We did find a little time for a Wendy's run and some cake.  Of course Bronson gave a nice little show to blow out his candles on his German Chocolate Cake.

Not Dead!

We haven't died.  We have just been a little busy.  Here is a picture from the beach last December.  In case you can't tell it was a little windy!

.....so bad at blogging

I have been so bad a blogging. It has only been over a year since I have been on here. I had great intentions of getting things caught up this summer but, the summer is flying by and I haven't posted anything yet. Give me a few days and hopefully I will get things caught up-to-date. Just so you know we are still alive here are a couple of pictures of us. Don't worry I will explain about the duck later!

Teachers through the Years

Ok so after I put up the girls last day of school pictures I thought it would be fun to see all of Hannah's Elementary school teachers. We have a picture of each one on the last day of school. Even Mr. Baird's who told me I would not be getting a picture because he doesn't do pictures but, he was a good sport. Thanks to all these teachers for helping to make Hannah who she is today and giving her everything she needs in the years to come.
